Greek food is growing more and more popular with students and is a great option to introduce to your canteens to help compete with the high street. As always, our recipes are aligned with the School Food Standards. We have also created these dishes with both authenticity and nutrition in mind, making small tweaks to minimise the fat, sugar and salt content, whilst maintaining delicious, traditional flavour profiles.
