Place both trays into the oven and remove from the oven once the sweetcorn and peppers are golden. 7. Allow to cool down for 5 minutes before shredding the chicken. 8. Top the pizza base and sauce with the shredded chicken and roasted vegetables. Mix the oil, salt, and pepper together. 5. Place the cauliflower, broccoli and onion in the oil seasoning and mix well. Place on the baking tray and roast for 8 minutes until golden.
