Serve meals lower in saturated fat, sugar and salt. Limit saturated fat by choosing lean meat and low fat products Aim for at least five servings of different fruit and vegetables daily. Ensure nutritional information is available 20 Focus on healthy fats – these include monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated such as cold pressed rapeseed oil, olive oil, olives, avocado, unsalted seeds and nuts Weight loss may not be desirable, and strategies may be needed to support weight gain or to maintain weight.
