Tian of Smoked Mackeral and Spinach Ingredients 84871 | Spinach | 200g 45905 | Smoked Mackerel Fillets | 6 33562 | Lemon Juice | 20ml 10467 | Natural Yogurt | 300g 66009 | Horseradish Relish | 50ml 75520 | Fennel | 300g 75634 | Spring Onion | 1 98481 | Beetroot | 300g 75666 | Chervil | 30g 13683 | Virgin Olive Oil | 30ml 40019 | Sourdough Country Loaf | 400g Serves: 10 Time to prepare: 15 Minutes Time to cook: 20 Minutes Method 1. Finely slice the spinach and place in a bowl, begin to shred the mackerel and add to the bowl and mix them together. 2. Add the yoghurt and half the lemon juice, horseradish sauce and mix together well. Place in a pastry cutter to help form the shape and then place it in the fridge to set. 3. Finely slice the fennel, spring onion, beetroot and chervil and place in a bowl. Add the remaining lemon juice and olive oil into the bowl ensuring you are mixing well. 4. Warm the sourdough bread and slice. 5. Arrange your salad on the plate, adding your set mackerel and serve with the sourdough. Remember to always check for allergens!
