Place the turkey in a roasting tin and cook on gas mark 3 or 160 degrees for 60 minutes (or until the core temperature reaches 75 degrees). 2. In a bowl, add the stuffing mix and bind together with 300ml of boiling water. 3. Split the stuffing into 10 pieces and roll them into balls. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. 4. Whilst the stuffing is cooking, make the gravy. Bring 280ml of water to the boil and then mix in the gravy granules stirring at all times. 5. Once the turkey is cooked, rest and carve. Serve with the stuffing balls and gravy.
