Method 1. Place the golden syrup, margarine and sugar in a pan and warm gently until all melted. Then remove from the heat and set to one side to cool slightly. 2. Once cooled slightly, add the cocoa powder and stir carefully until it is all mixed in (if you add the cocoa powder while the mix is hot it will thicken - you don’t want that to happen!). 3. Once cocoa powder is all mixed in add the sauce to your rice krispies and mix well. 4. Once combined, decant into either a dish or cake cases (whichever you’ve chosen to use). Sprinkle with the sugar strands to decorate. 5. Place into the fridge and allow plenty of time for it to set before portioning it out.
