INTRODUCING Asian CUISINES We’ve now arrived at the home to all of our Asian-inspired cuisines, including favourites such as Japanese and Thai as well as the growing influencial cuisines such as Korean and Sri Lankan cuisine. Sri Lankan CUISINE Unique combinations of herbs and spices are what give Sri Lankan cuisine it’s unique flavour profile. These flavours are then added to rice, coconut and seafood to build lots of the cuisines signature dishes. Thai CUISINE Korean CUISINE Japanese CUISINE A diverse cuisine that includes rice and noodle based dishes that can cater to all diets. Top ingredients in dishes are tofu, vegetables, meat and seafood. Key ingredients included within Korean cooking are; sesame oil, soy sauce, fermented vegetables and chilli paste. Typically Korean cuisine is made up of lots of smaller or side dishes instead of one big dish. A cuisine heavily based around rice and soup-type dishes such as sushi, curry and ramen.
